N.A.R.K. was founded by Cherie Kurarangi Sweeney after being branded a ‘nark’ for speaking to police about the death of Ngaruawahia baby Serenity Scott-Dinnington. Cherie turned this label around into the Nation of Advocates for the Rights of Kids and that is a label she wears proudly!

She started a facebook page, STOP Death by Abuse of OUR Children to raise awareness of New Zealand’s horrifying abuse record, put an end to the anti-nark culture and highlight what you can do in your community. Within a short time 11,000 people joined her campaign from mums and dads to politicians. Find out more..........

Your Towns Local Memorial Statue or War Memorial or Wall

This memorial for our children who have died at the hands of someone who was supposed to be caring for them is simple, it does not cost BUT it will have huge impact.
I am asking you to spare 1 Toy/soft cuddly on September the 3rd and encourage everyone you can and know to do the same.
1 Toy to be placed at your towns local memorial statue or wall, in memory of our fallen heroes, the many children lost to child abuse.

Since our great soldiers passed there have been none other like them ever except for these Babies and I want a nation to accept awareness because for these children thats the very least we can be. AWARE.

Since doing our researching and finding much information about this Org/Trust/Charity/Cause....etc

and that of its founder Cherie (Sweeney, Cherie Robinson. Smith. Kurarangi, Cherie Evangeline Marie Kara. Kura. Karaka etc........

Then finding out about the Chairperson Ms Roberta Karangaroa and the interesting media article and Court hearing, (of course not to forget our own experience of her throughout Nark.Org.Nz)

.......and the elusive undercover, non-Transparent, defender of a scam Organization and its founder. Pete George (political dreamer).We remain adamant that the Nark.Org.nz was a Scam from its beginnings.

Cherie was quite adamant on making profit from the very beginning. Sadly quite the opportunist, that woman.

To the many good people who did the hard work, put in the long hours and organized within Nark as (Cherie and Roberta where never there to help), you should be commended congratulated on all your efforts and on your truly wonderful "mana" in helping address the Child abuse issue in NZ. You put all your hearts into it and you did wonderful work.

These good people (not knowing who Cherie really was/is), were greatly mistreated and threatened, continuously bullied, and accused of things (they never did) by the these two opportunist women Cherie and Ms Roberta Karangaroa.

Its quite deplorable and saddening how the good people were treated.

The unprofessional behaviour of both these woman is a disgrace, but then at the end of the day it was always about Profiteering and Media exposure with them.

What ever became of the good people who left Nark.Org.Nz after the walkout in January 2012? (a large portion of the Nark.org.nz board and those who were members of the Org).

They have gone onto establish their own Registered Children's Charities in NZ and have great support all around the country. They continue to this day, that is true Mana, a lovely group of people.

What happened after the walkout regarding Cherie, Roberta and Pete George and the Nark.Org.NZ fiasco?

Nothing.

No registration, no evidence of helping the Child Abuse issue, no evidence of anything for that matter.

It seems when they were exposed as to their true agenda, (Profiting) they suddenly vanished. For a founder who is on a "Mission" to raise awareness of child abuse
in New Zealand, there has been nothing forthcoming from either the Nark Org or that of its founder....... Ms Cherie and Roberta were certainly on a mission, a mission of lies and scamming and ripping off the Public of NZ.

On a different note, Ms Cherie Sweeney sent us a lovely message via email, seems to still be using her Mobster Email address "maorified" to this day......

So apparently many people are helping Cherie Sweeney with her business and her Nark Cause, would love to see that evidence Ms Sweeney, I doubt any would. And yet again she plays the "victim" role as so many times in the past. Sorry Ms Cherie Sweeney and Ms Roberta Karangaroa YOU have been found out!

This is to keep all aware, that scams are quite prevalent in NZ. Please ensure that when you give your money to a cause, make sure it is registered and get receipts.

Also do a background check of the Charity and founder if your not sure. There are many people out there like Ms Cherie Sweeney and Ms Roberta Karangaroa who are willing to take your hard earned cash and will never leave a paper trail. These people are opportunists, they get everyone else to do the hard yards while they sit back and reap the benefits (in this case money and publicity) and its you who are directly paying for their "lavish" lifestyles.

Make sure you know where your money is going too, and please be vigilant about these kind of scams around NZ.

Yesterday the 22/03/2012, our Facebook page, Cherie Nark NZ (Show NZ The Money!) was removed for the 3rd time. The public have been under continuous attack and abuse for speaking up about the corruption, regarding NARK Org and Cherie Sweeney its founder. Again today, our 4th Facebook page was removed. Its disgraceful, the lengths they will go to, to keep us quiet. NZ people will not be bullied, harassed or silenced by Cherie Sweeney and the Nark Crew. We have had many, malicious nasty attacks on both our Facebook pages, personal pages and places were we work. This abuse has been continuous, from Cherie Kurarangi Sweeney, Micheal Sweeney, Nark and Pete George from YOUR NZ. The NZ public, refuses to be silenced about this and will continue to speak out against their fake Org, and founder, who uses the Child Abuse issue for profiteering and using Media Exposure for her own personal agendas. NZ have been waiting since the 8th of January 2012 for "Answers and Evidence" regarding the major financial inconsistencies with NARK. Nothing has been forthcoming. Another concern for the Public, is the secret lifestyle Ms Cherie Sweeney (real last name unknown) and her husband have been living. Ms Cherie and Husband have been found misleading and deceiving the public, using "donations" provided by the public for the (The Child Abuse Issue) for financial gain and the unrepresented NARK Org for profiteering.

Why is there no proof of transactions, when money is donated?
Question for Roberta Karangaroa the Chairman of NARK and also trustee for Maatangireia Trust, has a long history of work with Riverslea Tu Tangata Trust, which works from Riverslea School inMayfair, Hastings. Can you please confirm that the Toys from the NARK Toy Event, which was delivered to your Trust were given to the needy families?
Is there any “Evidence” of this please?
Cherie said she was doing a degree when she did the interview about gangs. What was that year?
She was going to be a social worker at that stage or something.She also said she was not use to business and doing paper work, how then did she run the promotion company, what year was that?
Then she was involved in other buisnesess , what year were those?
In the gang girl interview she said she was studying, she also said she was working full time when she very sadly, and yes I do mean sadly lost her son working at what ?
How does Nazi signs, guns, red bandannas, gang signs and gang attire, give a positive influence on our Children.
Also dressing up young children and teaching them from an early age?
Is this positive for NZ’s next generation?
Where is the Money Cherie?
Is the standing of a high profile person, for example in sport, politics, fashion- not paramount to ANY organisation they support?
Why would you not answer questions from what you claim as facebook pseudonyms yet you quite happily take their money?
Why cant we see the financial records and the minutes of the meetings?
What is the full name of your husband and when and where were you married?
How many t shirt orders were received?
Where did you study towards you degree to be a Social Worker ? In order to be studying towards your Masters you already need to have completed a B.A. Just interested as I have nearly finished my degree in Social Science as well as a diploma in Counselling.
Why won’t you answer our questions ?
I want to see all the financial records. The debits and credits itemized for all bank accounts and for the organisation overall and the minutes of the meetings too. Post them online – this is other peoples money and they’ve got a right to know how you spend it! heaz my real name PAULA POTAE lol n i want 2 know wea the toyz, ps2, xbox etc went to, THANK YOU LOL More a case of “where’s the money??” that good souls have with love to protect the children of nz??? Why was money for a mortgage payment put into your personal account?

Why were we never shown NARK bank statements when requested, this was on the community page?
Why did you request money for your mortgage under the NARK banner when it was for personal gain?
How much has been donated to NARK including the $1000+ from the webpage?
How many have requested refunds and how many have received them from the tshirt debarcle?
If you can’t afford your mortgage how can you afford Sky TV?
Why did you and Roberta not answer the questions honestly the night it all blew apart?
Why did you deny not having anything to do with the soft toy event and other NARK fundraisers?
Why are you and your partner unable to work?
If guns/rifles are on the property whether they are replica’s or real appropriate to have around when children reside on the property and their parents are anti abuse?
And if real where are the gun licences?
The picture clearly shows its cheries lounge her husband is in with the nazi flag and the rifels…when representing a child abuse charity/org….how on earth is this a good idea?
how on earth can the supporters of the cause have any faith in you and your work? Where your mana …surely its not residing with in that nazi flag? What about the child in the bandanna, doing the gang signs? whatever did happen to all the donated toys? What does being able to name children who have been abused to death have to do with saving other kids from the same fate?

How exactly did Cherie stand up for Serenity?
Why would anybody spray paint the word NARK on a gang members house?
Nark donations fund your internet connection so you are able to stay connected with those who don’t live in your town Cherie why then are you using it to abuse people ?
can we see where NARK funds have come from and where they have gone ?
Can people with a criminal past be a sitting member of a interium board and then go on to be a permanent member of the board….wondering as some one yesterday mentioned cheries husband and his manslaughter conviction…..so that maybe why NARK was never made into a trust or org?
Is NARK a Trust, Org or other?
Why were NARK funds deposited into the Sweeney Joint account?
Why was the Hot Shot Productions business registered on the 13th of Janurary when you claimed you had no monies for the mortgage a few couple of weeks later when the “Mortgage” plea was posted?
What is NARK? Charity, Org, Trust, Charitable Trust or other?
Can we see ‘Undoctored’ receipts and documents to back up your typed up statement ?
Did you tell Roberta about the abuse going on next door BEFORE Serenity died?
Rather than see a typed up balance sheet, I’d like to see bank statements with deposits and withdrawals on it please?
Can we see a letter from the bank with regards the mortgagee sale?
We want to see ALL financial records relating to NARK Why did Cherie state on TV she saw nothing untoward happening at Serenitys home?
We were told on the community page NARK had 3 bank accounts, is this true?
How can NARK have an actual Bank Account/s if they are not officially registered?
Why did you take credit for the toy event and then deny being involved?
When is the election of a new board happening..as required by law?
And if you deny being involved in the ‘Toy Event’ then why did you state in a pm (that i still have) that “it was MY event so how can I take over MY own event” ????

A question for her is, she stated to the media that According to a Nark financial statement, it had received $5370.26. But she said none had yet been spent yet on her new group the finacial statement says $3411.72 and all but $507.70 has been spent so where is the $1958.54 that unaccounted for?
NARK was given $345.00 to start the campaign…..can any one point out to me where in the nark accounts published to date where this is?
Why are they saying they not posting reciepts? (Question asked after the Nark Public Closed Consult Page)
Why was the picture removed? With ms ——-’s public profile, which she uses, does that not leave her a public figure?
Does that ruin the rights of paparazzi ?
Are you using the Child Abuse cause for your profiting and media exposure? as you are only the “face” of the campaign and many have voluntarily spent money on and did the work for your Org, believing that it was actually benefiting the Child Abuse Cause.
What have you Ms Cherie and NARK done for the cause other then media presentation?
Can you please give us any proof, that since the beginning of your NARK campaign, if any child or family benefited from the cause directly? (Other then yourself and your husband)
Why cant you account for all monies, being very experienced in Charity Fund raisers, business and other….. since your NARK Org, “Trust” started getting donations from the Public, as early as June (perhaps earlier) from this article: Stuff. NZ ….. ” The trust which is starting with a $345 in the coffers from public donations will advocate for the nation’s children….
Why will you not be truthful to the public and those who do the hard work within your NARK Org?
Why does NARK have two disclaimers?

If Cherie is so famous and so busy working as a talented actor???, and I had never heard about her until Nark, why, if she is in regular employment, is she begging for mortgage money?
If Cherie and Mike have a production company, possibly registered with a fake address, why is she scamming for money?
Why has Nark so little money left when nothing has been spent on fighting child abuse?
Why has so much money been spent on accomodation, travel and meals and nothing on the fight against child abuse?
Why has so much money been spent when Cherie and Roberta make claims that expenses were out of their own pockets?
Why was the financial statement started showing August when deposits were made in June?
What happened to the original $349 dollars that Cherie said was there in June?
Why does the statement start at $3000 when Cherie said that there was over $5000 dollars untouched in the account?
Where is the missing money?
Did Ms Cherie ever pay for these "Coroner Reports" with the money that was given kindly by the Public for the Child Abuse Cause? This is her claim from the article..."I tried to get coroners' reports, but they told me it would be $50 per application. With 150 names that's $7500 I don't have."
