08.01.2012I Caro(full name and address was presented on original document )Do as of today’s date tender my resignation to the NARK Interim Board of Trustees and associated committees.I also tender my resignation as treasurer of NARK.1/ Treasurer resignation: Due to the issues surrounding the transfer of funds being timetabled on 09.01.2012 from Jim Boswell account to current NARK account and allowing for issues regarding payment for Cherie’s internet and T shirts, this resignation will take affect in 10 working day’s from 09.01.2012 so as to give time for a new Treasurer to be voted in and bank accounts and all financial issues to be finalised and new signatories to be appointed.

2/ as per law I have to give 30 day’s notice to vacate my position as Trustee today’s date being day one. This makes the final day as Trustee 07.02.2012.Also as required under the act my resignation will be taken to my lawyer or JP for witnessing on 09.01.2012A notice will also be placed on NARK Community page of my resignation and dates as advised.I will not be acting as administrator on any NARK pages after my resignation is officially posted, but will remain on those pages until the final date of the expiry of my duties as Trustee of NARK

Signed in full name As can be seen in this document, I never left Nark as accused by Cherie without notice.When this was presented I was in fact told as words got hot in the commitee room as other resignations were presented, that in fact I was not a legal trustee as I should have been aware as the organisation was not a legal entity and I was able to leave right now ----- so I did. Roberta discussed her disappointment of the situation, this was acceptedThis post is to show one point of the many untrue or misreported issues . I also have many emails, PM and screen shots to prove this resignation and what happened in the half an hour before being locked out of the community room. This post will end speculation and mis info from all.As I have had one hours sleep due to an emergency trip to Wellington and back overnite and work to go to, it may be later today before more info is posted

Sorry I couldn't take anymore so signed out. Just so you are aware, and maybe this needs to be discussed with your police friends.

As far as I know the law, Katrina Crews and Caro Cragg and who ever else was involved, have created and thereafter, mis-used a document to commit fraud, namely the said T-shirt document, with prices and sizes etc which was created previous to the Nark Interim Board elections November 2011. It also appears previous to this date they have also sold said items without physically being in pocession of them between mid 2011 - 08 January 2012, the date of which their resignations were accepted.

As you are aware, both the T-Shirt sales and all money matters I have never been involved with other than to decline Caro Craggs motion at the December meeting to have the sum of $770 paid to her for said T-Shirts with out proof of purchase or receipt or even a photo, to that effect, and of which this receipt and proof of purchase is still outstanding to this date of email.

Further more, they have also used personal writtings owned by myself, namely the T-shirt release statement dated 4th December 2011 drafted for NARK, which was emailed to you today as way of some sort of proof of T-shirt existence on her behalf. I have not given my permission for this document to be used or distributed and until publically released by myself on behalf of NARK remains soley, my property.

As you are aware due to lack of proof the T-shirts were in Caro Craggs possession and with lack of reciept as proof of purchase, this T-shirt release statement could not be released by the due given date of 9th December 2011 as Caro assured us, and as the Interim Board agreed.

At 12.01.2012, this still can not be done due to lack of receipt or any proof of purchase of any T-shirts, as sold by Katrina Crews who was therefore accepting the Money for. We are aware the money is held by Jimmy Boswell which these are still held in the Westpac account and this has been verified today. I therefore suggest statement to the effect refunds are now available is the best way to move forward for the well being and future of NARK, in the name of due diligence an full disclosure and transparency, while the police investigate the other issues raised in this letter.

I look forward to resolving all issues as quickly as possible.

1/ Misuse of document so as to procure funds for t shirts :As I was never involved in the issue of the long overdue , unordered shirts until November 2012, this is totally incorrect, please remove comment from post immediately. This was the province and responsibility of Jimmy Boswell as stated in his apology placed in HQ meeting, where it was stated he would post an apology on line as to his part in not following through with this matter.This was rejected by the committee so as to allow us to get the funds to new account and be able to order and deliver said shirts ( 16th November 2012 ) Full comments and meeting to prove this are on hard disk, flash drive and saved to my computer. The only thing that Katrina Crews had to do with this was to obtain orders, and the money went direct to account held by Jim Boswell.Invoices where posted at this time and this matter was for the attention of the person holding the funds and responsible for ordering the said shirts.DUE TO THE INCORRECT INFORMATION -IT IS REQUESTED THOSE INCORRECT STAMENTS BE REMOVED BY 5PM Saturday 14th January 2012

2/ At no time did I Carolyn .....request payment for shirts I had ordered. It was discussed and my need for urgency discussed as to the fact that I had privately and at my own cost , ordered the shirts so as to be able to get them delivered to the honest people who had paid for these items in August , September and October 2011.I was asked in committee to produce invoices and receipts to the committee who would pay on invoice.As this matter dragged out to Christmas Eve with no signs of money into new account, there were no funds to pay for said shirts. It was discussed that invoices including postage costs would be discussed when funds were available and when my accountant was back from holidayTake note ; these shirts have been paid for by me ,N.A.R.K has at this point no financial interest in the matter, please remove all statements in comments as above post on NARK pages by 5pm Saturday 14th January 2012All documentation pertaining to this matter, on disk, on flash drive and on my computer, including all PM’s meeting minutes and text messages, times of phone calls regarding this matter.

Conclusion;The matters above and a full retraction are to be posted on the NARK COMMUNITY pages by 5pm Saturday 14th 2012. By the spokesperson of N.A.R.K

To the Interim board N.A.R.K,

It is with much sadness and anguish that I am to inform the interim board of N,A.R.K. that today Monday January 16th 2012 I have taken legal advice as to the email sent to the board on Friday 13th January 2012 requesting the removal of the post copied below and a retraction of all statements to be made on the N.A.R.K community page. This post was requested to be removed by 5pm Saturday 14th January 2012.

I have received no email contact from any member of the Interim Board in regards to that email, despite members being on line during the weekend and commenting on other matters.

All communications and posts have been directed to my solicitor who will be in touch in the next day or so after he has processed all information and statements supplied.

It is very disappointing that this matter has reached this level and I am distressed that a initiative evolved to stop abuse on our children could potentially be damaged by this action.

Communication could have seen this matter put to rest.

I understand that during your time as treasurer all you did re donations etc is open a bank account ( to collate any floating monies) - may I ask with what money ( from where or whom) did that account OPEN? And how many ( $ amount) was expected to be collated? Vs the expected amount - what WAS deposited? ( what is the outstanding amount and what/who had that money?

  I checked just now and I saw that the money didn’t transfer over. What has happened is that the transfer was set to go and in the system but it seems that end of month 8ank fees came out at the end of the month, Dec that took the balance just below the amount to be transferred so it didn’t go through due to this.
  
  I have completed another electronic transfer just now as per attached docket. I could not believe this when I saw. I should have considered the bank fees, end of month but it didn’t even enter my mind.
  
  Can you check tomorrow morning and confirm that you have the funds. I can see NO reason for this not to happen tonight and be available in the new account. I apologise for this additional delay but I can so no reason that there will be any more problems

False Peoplesuck The missing funds were not recovered during Ms Craggs time as treasurer. That information is privvy to NARK. Mr Boswell was reinstated to the board at the time of resignations.

This abuse has been continuous, from Cherie Kurarangi Sweeney, Micheal Sweeney, Nark and Pete George from YOUR NZ. The NZ public, refuses to be silenced about this and will continue to speak out against their fake Org, and founder, who uses the Child Abuse issue for profiteering and using Media Exposure for her own personal agendas. NZ have been waiting since the 8th of January 2012 for "Answers and Evidence" regarding the major financial inconsistencies with NARK. Nothing has been forthcoming. Another concern for the Public, is the secret lifestyle Ms Cherie Sweeney (real last name unknown) and her husband have been living. Ms Cherie and Husband have been found misleading and deceiving the public, using "donations" provided by the public for the (The Child Abuse Issue) for financial gain and the unrepresented NARK Org for profiteering.

Can you please confirm that the Toys from the NARK Toy Event, which was delivered to your Trust were given to the needy families?
Is there any “Evidence” of this please?

A question for her is, she stated to the media that According to a Nark financial statement, it had received $5370.26. But she said none had yet been spent yet on her new group the finacial statement says $3411.72 and all but $507.70 has been spent so where is the $1958.54 that unaccounted for?
