N.A.R.K. was founded by Cherie Kurarangi Sweeney after being branded a ‘nark’ for speaking to police about the death of Ngaruawahia baby Serenity Scott-Dinnington. Cherie turned this label around into the Nation of Advocates for the Rights of Kids and that is a label she wears proudly! She started a facebook page, STOP Death by Abuse of OUR Children to raise awareness of New Zealand’s horrifying abuse record, put an end to the anti-nark culture and highlight what you can do in your community. Within a short time 11,000 people joined her campaign from mums and dads to politicians. Find out more..........

Saturday, September 3 · 12:00pm - 3:00pm Your Towns Local Memorial Statue or War Memorial or Wall This memorial for our children who have died at the hands of someone who was supposed to be caring for them is simple, it does not cost BUT it will have huge impact. I am asking you to spare 1 Toy/soft cuddly on September the 3rd and encourage everyone you can and know to do the same. 1 Toy to be placed at your towns local memorial statue or wall, in memory of our fallen heroes, the many children lost to child abuse. Since our great soldiers passed there have been none other like them ever except for these Babies and I want a nation to accept awareness because for these children thats the very least we can be. Update of Mr Pete George: Sep 20, 2013   Mayoral Profile Page Makes sense now!     Cherie was quite adamant on making profit from the very beginning.  Sadly quite the opportunist, that woman.    To the many good people who did the hard work, put in the long hours and organized  within Nark as (Cherie and Roberta where never there to help),  you should be commended congratulated on all your efforts and  on your truly wonderful "mana" in helping address the Child abuse issue in NZ.  You put all your hearts into it and you did wonderful work.   These good people (not knowing who Cherie really was/is), were greatly mistreated and threatened, continuously bullied, and accused of things (they never did) by the these two opportunist  women Cherie and Ms Roberta Karangaroa.    Its quite deplorable and saddening how the good people were treated.   The unprofessional behaviour of both these woman is a disgrace, but then at the end of the day it was always about Profiteering and Media exposure with them.    What ever became of the good people who left Nark.Org.Nz after the walkout in January 2012? (a large portion of the Nark.org.nz board and those who were members of the Org).   They have gone onto   establish their own Registered Children's Charities in NZ and have great support all around the country. They continue to this day, that is true Mana, a lovely group of people.   What happened after the walkout regarding Cherie, Roberta and Pete George and the Nark.Org.NZ fiasco?   Nothing.   No registration, no evidence of helping the Child Abuse issue, no evidence of anything  for that matter.

It seems when they were exposed as to their true agenda, (Profiting) they suddenly vanished.  For a founder who is on a "Mission" to raise awareness of child abuse
in New Zealand, there has been nothing forthcoming from either the Nark Org or that of its founder....... Ms Cherie and Roberta were certainly on a mission, a mission of lies and scamming and ripping off the Public of NZ.



On a different note, Ms Cherie Sweeney sent us a lovely message via email, seems to still be using her Mobster Email address "maorified" to this day......

So apparently many people are helping Cherie Sweeney with her business and her Nark Cause, would love to see that evidence Ms Sweeney, I doubt any would. And yet again she plays the "victim" role as so many times in the past. Sorry Ms Cherie Sweeney and Ms Roberta Karangaroa YOU have been found out!

This is to keep all aware, that scams are quite prevalent in NZ.  Please ensure that when you give your money to a cause, make sure it is registered and get receipts. 

 Also do a background check of the Charity and founder if your not sure.  There are many people out there like Ms Cherie Sweeney and Ms Roberta Karangaroa who are willing to take your hard earned cash and will never leave a paper trail.  These people are opportunists, they get everyone else to do the hard yards while they sit back and reap the benefits (in this case money and publicity) and its you who are directly paying for their "lavish" lifestyles. 

Make sure you know where your money is going too, and please be vigilant about these kind of scams around NZ.

Will the NZ Pubic ever receive any "Proof" from Ms Cherie?

This is the Story of a Fake Org,Trust,Charity, or Other.....namely N.A.R.K.Org.NZ and that of its Founder "Currently known as Cherie Sweeney" in NZ.....

Well, we (The NZ Public), have been online  for a little over a year now......

Were the NZ Public provided with any kind of "Evidence" documentation regarding Nark financials of any kind, from its beginning's until now?


No.


Was Ms Cherie (Whatever her name is?) prepared to let us see, anything (besides a typed up document) regarding that?


No.


After two years, Is N.A.R.K Org, Trust, or other Registered Today?


No.


Did she abuse, attack and threaten her "Org" members (current and past) over suspicions of mismanagement of monies and also that of her current lifestyle?


Yes!


Did she use Fake Profiles to attack, abuse and threaten the NZ Public and admins on our Facebook Page?


Yes!


Will The Public Ever Hear back from Ms Cheryl Sims her "Pro Bono" Lawyer, regarding this whole issue?


We don't know......


Will Cherie Sweeney (Whatever her last name is?) ever show any of the NZ Public, what happened to the financials?

Due to getting a lot of the NZ Public coming onto our page requiring answers as we all were, Ms Cherie was quite determined to stop that. After continuous attacks and our pages being pulled down by Cherie and Company, (exactly 7 times) for need of answers and "Evidenced ones at that", we had to change our Facebook Page name:

As for being a threat?

Again, Ms Cherie uses her "Victim" performance, she has used many times through out the years for empathy and support. We have certainly been NO threat, and have always posted our findings openly for all the NZ Public, to know.

Perhaps her idea of being "threatening" is the NZ Public, requiring evidence of, Where did the money go too?, (which the NZ Public had given greatly for the cause).

Perhaps, she also thinks of "us" (The NZ Public), as being a real threat because we had exposed the truth about, who this lady was/is.

Also, that of her highly unprofessional "fake" Org, Trust, Charity or other....

Who is it really helping?

From the beginning of this whole story, we certainly hadn't even thought, we would find out what we did. We also didn't expect Ms Cherie's constant refusal of providing any "evidence", and her constant dedication to threaten, attack and abuse us, so that other NZ Public members, would not find out about this entire saddening situation.

We have always told Ms Cherie, this is a great concern and we (The NZ Public) won't be silenced.

Although her continuous attempts to silence us have been phenomenal, to say the least....

There hasn't been much of anything in the Paper or Media about N.A.R.K Org since it became public of the mismanagement of funds at the beginning of last year. Also regarding Cherie and her "Org's" helping in the community.

Why?

For a cause, that is meant to be consistently trying to help, Stop Child Abuse in NZ against our most vulnerable:

What have "they"(NARK and Cherie), done during this entire year?

What Child or Family has Cherie and NARK directly helped, from the beginning?

With Cherie so focused on our Answer/Information page, (she calls hate page), with no evidence provided, then......

What is she actually doing for her "Org" and most importantly the Children?

Its been a long journey and for some, a lot longer. The entire NZ Public have the right to be informed about this issue and make their own conclusions about Cherie (What ever her last name is?) and that of her Unregistered Charity, Org, Trust or other in NZ.

Note to Ms Cherie:

We are all saddened by this issue and that of your continuous abuse towards both the NZ Public and the administrators on our Facebook page.

We are greatly stunned by your, total unprofessional behaviour of both yourself and the non accountability in regards to your Org.

The real world, Ms Cherie consists of the children who are living lives of abuse and neglect and who are in desperate need of help.

What World are you living in?

It is NOT about you and how you trying to protect yourself and your Org, from what is and has really been happening.

All children have the right to be safe and protected and most of all loved. There is so many children in NZ, who are being abused and neglected its a major concern!

These children YOU say you are helping through your cause, yet again you give NO evidence of this.

Who are you really helping, Ms Cherie?
